Like working out to music? With Tabata Tracks you can do a traditional Tabata High-intensity workout with 1 or 2 songs playing wile you exercise.
Tabata tracks workout is set up for a standard Tabata workout:
20 seconds exercise
10 seconds rest
repeat 8 times.
With 1 song selected you will have awesome music playing while you workout, and a vibration to let you know when to switch to relax.
With 2 songs selected you will hear one song during your exercise time, and one during relax time.

Need a lot of updates
Personally dislike it. You cant lock the cellphone cause it stops counting and stops any of the songs. No settings at all to adjust time and rounds
Terrible
Only U2 songs, from only one album. You cannot change the protocol, only 20"/20". Totally dissatisfied.

It wont even play music.
Warning there are no songs!
Although the online ad clearly shows the user selecting from a variety of tracks, this app comes with no music you must provide your own. Since my iTunes do not work on this phone I just lost $.99.
Bad app, bad ad, bad Agerbomb
I agree with the others reviewer - the ad made it seem like the app has some tracks with countdowns. Instead it plays your own music and it chops the song up so its not even enjoyable to listen to! Theres no warning, beep, anything. Mine didnt even vibrate.
